Foods that make you old before age when eating

Everyone can always expect myself to delay the aging younger, but because of the number of activities to destroy the beauty of life and many hasten to aging. Today Khmer Noah recommend the types of food that makes you reach old age:
Marinating foods: vegetables, meat, fish, chicken, etc. When you're marinating it would occur nitrogen content, or you put it to good looks and prevent mold and it's not only aging and cause cancer.
Tainted food: food tainted with corruption or contain bacterial toxins interfere with our metabolism.
Alcoholic beverages: Alcoholic drinks, which more or less, can cause serious liver side effects the affected nerves.
Grilled and fried foods: Foods such intense heat needed protein were destroyed, especially vitamins is badly destroyed most frequently eaten foods that substantially affects the metabolism accelerated aging.
